Please note that all jewelry sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, Art by Izabelle does not accept returns. However, exchanges for an item of equal value may be accommodated if the requested piece is available. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

*All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, alterations, or broken components in order to qualify for exchange.*
